Defects and Transport in Crystalline Solids by Per Kofstad and Truls Norby -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a book in English that is still being written (e.g. not all the probelms are written, some figures still have some Norwegian text,etc). It is a "Compendium for the advanced level course Defect Chemistry and Reactions in Solids" taught in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Oslo. The primary author, Truls Norby, is a recognized expert in the field of defect chemistry in oxides. Contents 1. STRUCTURE AND DEFECTS 2. DEFECT REACTIONS 3. DEFECT EQUILIBRIA 4.
