Defects and Transport in Crystalline Solids by Per Kofstad and Truls Norby -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a book in English that is still being written (e.g. not all the probelms are written, some figures still have some Norwegian text,etc). It is a "Compendium for the advanced level course Defect Chemistry and Reactions in Solids" taught in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Oslo.
