Try to find a place where everyone speaks English. If not possible, try to simulate a language environment for your speaking. As for listening, you have to just keep listening until you are able to understand whatever programme.
Honestly, I don‘t support you to anticipate some examinations about English. My advice for improving your English is that to see some English movies or to read some fantastic novels.
