BBRC拒稿信，大家给看看这有希望么，具体修改要求是什么？已有1人参与

After a careful review of your manuscript, I am afraid that we are not able to accept it for publication in BBRC in its current form. As you know, this is a rapid communication journal and not all submissions, regardless of their merit, are suitable for this format. Our standards are increasingly high, and in fact, approximately 80% of submissions do not meet our criteria. Reviewer comments: In the paper by Zhao et al., titled "****", the authors present results showing that ****. Given that the treatment of*** urges for new strategies, I would recommend this paper for publication if it were not for the fact that the manuscript requires significant revision and thus it does not qualify for fast publication in BBRC. Major points: 1. In Methods, the description of the measurements of MDA, an index of lipid peroxidation, and GSH is poor (only cited the original references). These methodologies should be described at least in a brief way. 2. In Figures 1 and 2A, the symbols are too small and the statistical significance of the differences between groups is not shown. The differences should be analyzed at each time point, and between the different conditions used. I am sorry to convey this negative decision; I know it is a disappointment. These methodologies should be described at least in a brief way.” 仅引用了原始文献，而缺少对文献中方法的简要描述 2.“ In Figures 1 and 2A, the symbols are too small and the statistical significance of the differences between groups is not shown. The differences should be analyzed at each time point, and between the different conditions used.” 图1和2A中，图标太小，未表明图中组数据的统计区别，同时应当对各个时间点的区别及其条件进行分析. 总之，关键还是写作技巧和结果数据的处理问题，论文好好修改很有希望.
