拒稿信求解读，是客套还是说重投的话有希望，谢谢 已有12人参与

今天收到拒稿信，两个评审一个说需要再解释清楚，另一个提出了一堆小的修改， 给的意见都是Revision and resubmittal required。 然后以下是主编的留言，里面提到鼓励修改后重新提交并且提交时列出被拒文章编号以及副主编的名字，还特意强调了要写在一个PDF文档中 我不知道这个是客套话，还是说修改再提交的话会重新考虑，希望到底有多大？求分析，是修改后改投还是重投？ 谢谢 Based on the comments received, the evaluation returned, and the recommendation of the Associate Editor, I regret to inform you that your paper has been declined for publication in the Journal of XXX. The reviewers’ comments are available at the Journal’s website. Your submission is perceived to have merit, but the reviewers raised significant concerns. Therefore, if you believe you can address these concerns successfully, I encourage you to perform a thorough revision and submit a new manuscript. If you do so, please include in the new submission a single pdf file that has a cover letter with (i) the number XXX of the first submission, (ii) the name of XXX as the AE who conducted the previous review, and (iii) a detailed description of how you addressed the comments from the review of the first submission. Then include this cover letter with your new manuscript. Again, please submit all materials in a single pdf file to assist in our manuscript tracking process. |
