Abstract: Vinyl triethoxysilane saturation temperature datas of 2.035 ~ 71.035kPa were measured by inclined ebulliometer and vinyl triethoxysilane Antoine constant A, B, and C are 10.00842,1985.189 and -34.98381 by the use of EVIEWS5.0 software for Nonlinear regression analysis. The saturation temperature deviation between the experimental data and that calculated by Antoine equation are of 0.01 ~ 1.02K . The saturation temperature and vapor pressure data correlation were fitted by Antoine equation and Clarke & Glew equation also. Vinyl triethoxysilane standard molar enthalpy of evaporation (298.15K) is 48.29 kJ mol-1 according to the relationship between Vapor pressure and temperature . The critical temperature , the critical pressure and critical volume of vinyltriethoxysilane were calculated by the group contribution method . And eccentric factors by experimental deta of normal boiling point and Antoine equation .
