[交流] JMPT投稿系统无法注册

问题提示如下：

The email address you entered belongs to a no-longer active account in Elsevier Editorial System.

该邮箱没有在这个期刊里注册过！！
但是该邮箱在Elsevier下面有 consolidated user profile。

请问现在该如何在JMPT里新注册？？
