[交流] 拿到offer

终于等到老板回复，然后下面应该是什么程序呢？怎样和老板回信？求解
I am very happy to inform you that I now acquired extra financial resources to offer you a tax free grant of 1365 Euro/month for working with us in Magdeburg on a experimentally and theoretically oriented Ph.D. project in the area of xx.

The mentioned fonds will be available starting from July 2014. The contract will be initially over two years, with the clear intention to prolong it in order to finalize a high quality thesis.

Regarding local accomodation: we can offer you for the first few months a room in our guest house. Our city offers plenty of relatively cheap options, as you will quickly find out here.

You will need to buy a health insurance. Regarding this matter our institute will support you.

We can clarify further administrative issues and more details regarding your project after you accept this offer.

We are looking forward to a fruitful cooperation.
