[交流] which is more important: EQ or IQ ?

In my mind, EQ is more important than IQ. Because EQ is very necessary in our daily and work. And a high EQ man's life better than  stubborn man's.
What do you think ? And why?

in my point, it depends.  when you are a student, iq is very critical.  but in case of daily life and business, eq become more important.

For me, I lack EQ to a huge extent.  So, personally speaking, EQ is much more essential for me. Only with higher EQ, can I handle things around me beautifully and make more friends, especially girl-friends, which help drive away loneliness surrounding me. As for IQ, I think the majority of us commonly have one at the same level.

In my opinion,both are important,a high iQ makes you learn things faster than others,so you reach a high level of your work or study,while the high eQ can build up a wonderful relationships with the people around you,making you welcomed. what puzzles me is that few has the two at the same time.

There is another index in addition to IQ, EQ according to some theory. It is AQ, Adversity Quotient which refers to your ability to deal with and survive the adversities. I think it is also important in this era of high stress and much unfairness.
