在实验中，共筛选出5株能够分解纤维素的微生物，其中，真菌4株，细菌1株。本实验利用从土壤中筛选到的能够分解纤维素的微生物与酵母菌共发酵，在厌氧条件下，以纤维素为碳源获取乙醇。通过实验发现，1号和2号菌株与酵母菌在37℃共发酵后，获得的乙醇含量最高，质量分数为5%,1号菌株发酵液中的纤维素酶酶活为2.573mg/ml•0.5h，还原糖含量为1.226mg/ml；2号菌株发酵液中的纤维素酶酶活为2.783mg/ml•0.5h，还原糖含量为0.783mg/ml
In the study, five strains of cellulose-decomposing were screened from soil, including 4 fungus stains and 1 bacterial stain. The cellulose-decomposing strains obtained from soil were used to co-ferment with yeast to get ethyl alcohol by using cellulose as carbon source under anaerobic condition。The results showed that the contents of ethyl alcohol were the highest when strain 1 and 2 were co-ferment with yeast under (a condition of) 37℃(这句话，如果是分别和1，2号共发酵的话，在37°后面加逗号，再加个respectively.), which was 5%. The activity of cellulase in strain 1 broth was 2.573mg/ml•0.5h, and the content of reducing sugar was 1.226mg/ml, while these were 2.783mg/ml•0.5h and 0.783mg/ml in strain 2 broth, respectively.
