外行新人一个关于动物组织观察的问题，求助。。 已有2人参与

鄙人学机械的，因为老板交叉学科的概念被扔向了偏向医学的方向。。 最近在做一个关于超声手术刀效果的项目，有两个问题求大神们解答： 1、如果用动物组织来进行超声手术刀切割效果实验的话，选用什么动物的什么组织比较真实？外行人，怕用不合适的组织闹笑话。。 2、想观察一下切割后的刀口附近组织变化情况，请问用普通显微镜方便还是电镜方便？看资料很多都是做石蜡切片，但机械专业的实验室有关的设备不好找啊。。拍电镜倒是相对方便一些，但效果会不会有影响呢？ 初来乍到，不知所言，恳请各位大神多多帮忙~拜谢了~ |

what is your purpose for the ultrasonic knife? generally speaking, most of such device aiming at minimizing tissue injury and/or bleeding. you can start with skin, for sure. If you have special issue of concern, for example, you want to see if ultrasound is good for cartilage cutting, or you want to aim at specific tissue, such as liver or nerve, you should design your experiment accordingly. EM is not your first choice at the very beginning. you will need to do light microscopy. I give you an example for you to get a better understanding: if you want to kill a mosquito, can you do it with a bomb? you know, maybe you can, maybe not. But you should try smaller weapon, handy weapon first, right? maybe your hands are better. This do nothing with the 'effect' as you mentioned, this is a question of what are you looking for. wish you all the best. If you really want to do something in this area, you need to read some papers first. try to find some papers in regenerative medicine or histology journals. good luck. |
