| We receive many more manuscripts than may be accepted. We must make editorial decisions on which we can proceed with, based on numbers of manuscripts received and using established guidelines of novelty, substantial improvements in existing technology, demonstrated analytical applicability, and adherence to guidelines. In order not to delay your subsequent handling of the manuscript, we have decided not to forward it to any reviewers. Many of the papers we are unable to accept represent sound studies, and may in fact be well suited for more focused applications journals. |
