[求助] VASP 5 lib编译出错求助

本人新手这几天编译VASP 各种出错下边是编译lib出错的信息
ifort -O0 -FI -FR  -c dlexlib.f
dlexlib.f: remark #5133: The input stream is empty
gcc -E -P -C drdatab.F >drdatab.f
gcc: error trying to exec 'f951': execvp: No such file or directory
make: *** [drdatab.o] Error 1

下边是makefile
