急：求解读帝国理工的conditional offer 已有2人参与

刚收到帝国理工的con-offer，有两个条件不是很明白： This offer of admission is subject to the conditions set out below: 1.Original evidence of official degree award level - see below Official confirmation of: The award of BEng with 83.03%, to be confirmed by the original university transcript and a translation attested by your University If the transcript does not give the date of award then we also need to see the original certificate or a copy, which has been verified by the Institution confirming this. 2.Original evidence of official degree award level - see below Official confirmation of: The award of Masters with 87.14% , to be confirmed by the original university transcript and a translation attested by your University If the transcript does not give the date of award then we also need to see the original certificate or a copy, which has been verified by the Institution confirming this. 我是工作了的人，我在申请的时候递交的就是完整的本科成绩单和硕士成绩单（学校里专用出国用纸加盖公章和签名的）83.03%和87.14%也就是我的成绩了，成绩单上写着的，当然网申的时候是使用的扫描件。现在的意思是让我再要出具一个证明我成绩单的官方证明么？ |
