IEEE MWCL帮忙看看中的几率大不大？ 已有3人参与

前天收到IEEE MWCL的审稿意见 一个审稿人的回答是 As this is a good paper, I would recommend resubmitting to another journal with which this paper fits in the criteria. The only suggestion for improving the paper would be to do...... 另一个审稿人几乎没有提问题 简单概括了下论文 然后说 I strong recommend the publication of this manuscript 感觉两个审稿人意见都很正面，AE也只提了一个简单问题，但最后的意见竟然是 In view of the criticisms of the reviewer(s) and notes from the AE/EIC found at the bottom of this letter, I must decline the manuscript for publication in the IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters at this time. However, a new manuscript may be submitted which takes into consideration these comments. 请问大家有没有遇到这种情况？再投几率大不大？ |
