编辑completely rejected，但审稿人建议reformulate and resubmit,怎么弄？ 已有1人参与

review 1:............ ...............................(2000字) The English is unacceptable. As the major reviewer, I strongly recommend the authors to reformuate and resubmit the paper after considering most of the above comments. review2:....（300字） The work is closer to a conference proceeding than to a research paper. The English language is not clear enough to understand some parts of the text and it needs to be improved. I encourage the authors to extend the analysis and the discussion on...Due to the above-mentioned reasons I suggest to reject the paper. Any modification of the manuscript would not either be suitable for the journal publication. In my opinion the work has to be reformulated, showing a very detailed validation and analysis. Moreover, the scientific contents must be improved, to be considered for publication in a new form. 这个评价算是怎样? 可能性大么？ |
