纠结了好几天，关于admission过程中的一个evaluation sheet 已有2人参与

最近在学校的Online admission过程中，PhD需要填写一个evaluation sheet To be completed by the respondent(这个respondent指的是谁啊，导师么？搞不清楚让谁填，原谅我的智商) You have known the applicant in the following capacity: The candidate was then a: Program or research director Technician Department head Undergraduate student Professor (multiple courses) Graduate student Professor (single course) Research assistant Employer (immediate superior) University assistant Other: Employee Other: You have known the candidate for ________ years and __________ months.
