各位达人帮忙翻译一段话，中文写的一般，主要凑足字数，各位达人不要嫌弃语文差，翻译的时候可以自由发挥一些。谢谢！ 随着中国的不断发展，中国打开国门，逐渐登上国际舞台，融入到世界的大环境中，发挥着越来越重要的角色。外来优秀文化不断涌入，中华文明也传遍世界。此时，英语也就起到一个比较重要的作用。在文化交流、学术交流等方面我们可能都需要掌握一些英语来向外国友人表达我们的思想和文化。就博士阶段来说，我们需要跟外国的一些科学工作者进行一些学术交流，来了解我们这一领域的研究进展，从而对我们的实验有一些启发；再者，我们可以更直接的查阅外文文献来了解某一方面的研究成果。特别是中药方面的博士研究人员，中药文化源远流长，是中国文化的瑰宝，随着中国科技的发展，中药的研究也步入了现代化的领域。中药现代化任重道远，但慢慢的会取得一些进展，例如发现对中药质量全面控制的新方法等，这时就需要加强与国际的联系，让我们的研究成果走出国门，让中药走出国门，慢慢被国外所承认。这些都需要一些英语基础。因此，英语在博士阶段的学习起到了一些促进作用，有助于我们及时了解各方面信息，更好的开展科研工作。 |

"Though still not required by regulators abroad, QC of raw herbs is emphasized in many of my graduate-level courses.
