大家看下这个审稿意见是什么意思，我是修改后再投这个期刊还是另选别的期刊？ 已有2人参与

This decision is not intended to reflect on the merits of your work; however, the focus of the present submission falls outside of the journal's current scope: Materials Science & Engineering A provides an international medium for the publication of theoretical and experimental studies related to the load-bearing capacity of materials as influenced by their basic properties, processing history, microstructure and operating environment. Appropriate submissions to Materials Science & Engineering A should include scientific and/or engineering factors which affect the microstructure - strength relationships of materials and report the changes to mechanical behavior. Thank you for considering MSE A, but we are not able to give your manuscript the attention or review that it deserves. You may however, want to consider submission to a more appropriate journal in such as materials fabrication or modeling analysis.
