本文阐述了精冲工艺的原理及过程，分析了变形区材料的流动规律，揭示了在闭挤式精冲中工艺参数对成形质量的影响规律，并通过对精冲零件进行金相观察，显微硬度和表面残余应力分析，对精冲加工中出现的一些材料微观状态的特点和规律进行了研究。 In this paper, we elaborated the principle and process of the fine-blanking method, analyzed the flowing law of material in deformation area, revealed the influence law of process parameters on the forming quality .Through the metallographic observation, the micro hardness and surface residual stress of the fine-blanking parts are analyzed, the characteristics and rules of the material in the micro state are studied .Finally, aiming at the small module gear parts, the fine-blanking dies are manufactured and produced parts successfully, which verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis. |

This paper elaborated the principal and process of the fine blanking.
