Unfortunately, we feel that we cannot accept your paper for publication at present form. However, you could be advised to properly revise your manuscript and re-submit as a new submission. 是不是就是说的的委婉一点？ 下面是审稿人的意见 The simulation result looks interesting that shows the proposed work does not require a periodically reset for the network. However, it's hard to understand why the proposed work can eliminate the reset phase while the conventional work requires. Explain it more detail. In addition, the proposed work uses a very large voltage of 15V compared to 3V of the conventional work. It is not practical if the proposed work does not work at the voltage of around 3V. |
