第一性计算和实验的都有,很多大牛级人物。这个会议一直都在国外欧洲举办,今年第一次来到亚洲且在国内举办,大家把握机会 l Symposium topics include(会议主题) n Photocatalysis n Optical Materials n Epitaxial Thin Film and Interface n Semiconductor Physics and Chemistry n Functional Materials n Multiferroic Materials n Computational Theory on Condensed Matters On behalf of the conference committee, we would like to take a great pleasure to invite you to join “The 5thInternational Symposium on Structure Property Relationships in Solid State Materials (SPSSM-5)”, to be held from Jun. 22ndto 27th, 2014 at Qingdao China. The SPSSM series of conferences began at Bordeaux in 2006 focused on presenting and discussing the latest and significant research results on solid state materials. Since then subsequent SPSSM conferences have been successfully held at Nantes in 2008, Stuttgart in 2010, and Bordeaux in 2012. The SPSSM-5 is a new development in this series, as a globe event under the theme of SPSSM. We invite you to attend this face-to-face conference at Qingdao China. Beyond the well-prepared topical sessions, there will be a range of other exciting opportunities for visiting participants to get out and explore Qingdao, a beautiful, friendly and comfortable city. SPSSM-5 will bring together the physicists, chemists and material scientists all over the world to discuss the latest updates and results in field of solid state materials, and to find the way ahead. Approximate 30 experts from America, Europe, Australia, Japan, China and other countries are asked to be the Invited Speaker to present their interesting and important results. We believe SPSSM-5 will be a successful and progressive conference. The objective of SPSSM-5 is to unravel the relationships between the structure/chemical composition and the physical/chemical properties, as well as how to modify the specific properties by “changing” the materials such as the nature of chemical bonds, the electron-electron interaction and the doping, etc. We hope you will be able to accept this invitation and contribute your work, which we are sure will add an important dimension to the topics of this conference.
