3 标准加入法 取3 个25ml 顶空瓶分别加入5.0ml 城市自来水, 再加入浓度分别为77.72 和 98.24μg/ml 的一溴二氯甲烷和二溴一氯甲烷标样各1.0、2.0 和3.0μl立即盖塞, 手动摇匀, 在15 ℃恒温静置5min, 用气密型注射器取100μl顶空气进样, 记录色谱峰面积。 |

3 Standard addition method To each of each of three 25ml headspace vials, add 5.0ml of city tap water respectively, then add 1.0μl, 2.0μl and 3.0μl of bromodichloromethane sample at the concentrations of 77.72μg/ml and dibromochloromethane sample at the concentrations of 98.24μg/ml separately, cap plugs immediately, mix well manually, allow to stand at a constant temperature of 15℃ for 5min, inject 100μl of headspace gas with a vapor- tight syringe, record the chromatograms. |
