求帮忙翻译HPLC方法(较短)

Sample Text 用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶做为填充剂（4.6mm*250mm,5μm）；以0.2mol/L硫酸盐缓冲液（取无水硫酸钠28.4g，加水溶解后，加磷酸2.7ml，乙醇胺调节pH值至2.3，加水至1000ml）-乙腈（74:26）为流动相；柱温为40℃；检测波长为214nm；流速1mL/min。实验样品用0.01mol/L盐酸溶液制成40u/mL的溶液，注入液相色谱仪20μL，记录色谱图；另取胰岛素对照品适量，同法测定。按外标法以峰面积计算效价。 灰常感谢！！ |

| Use a column packed with octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica(4.6mm * 250mm,5μm),0.2mol/L sulfate buffer（prepared by dissolving 28.4g of anhydrous sodium sulfate in water and adding 2.7ml of phosphoric acid, adjusting the solution with ethanolamine to pH 2.3, diluting with water to 1000ml）and acetonitrile（74:26）as mobile phase with a flowrate 1ml /min, maintain the column temperature at 40℃,the detection wavelength is 214nm.Dilute a quantity of sample with 0.01mol/L HCl solution to produce a 40u/mL solution, inject 20μL into the column, record the chromatograms. Repeat the operation, using a quantity of insulin CRS.Calculate the units with respect to the peak area obtained in the chromatogram by the external standard method. |
