The points of postgraduate qualifying examination has been published recently, and from this year , it's not free to study, no matter u r the one who just  attend the examination, or u have graduated from it, what's ur opinion......

this policy aim to protecting the right of postgraduate students. government has the obligation to control the amount of postgraduate students instead of creating more.

the bad effect of this policy is predicting. the education will be more unfair,which enforced by this self-supporting policy .the quality of students will not be improved,though the amount will be down.
