问：推荐审稿人是否只能从Editorial Board里面选择？没在名单上的国内的能否推荐？
我选的 Bowman
问题是12月时就给我发过邮件：We are pleased to inform you that a reviewer has agreed to review your manuscript 。
同一天发了两次，相隔半小时左右。
不知道是只找到了一个审稿人通知了两遍，还是已经找了两个人。
之后一直under review，昨天让重新推荐四个。不知道怎么回事。
