IC50，CC50，EC50的意义我已经查了好多,可是总是有不同的说法，搞的我自己也糊涂了！不知道是否有明确的定义！ 希望朋友们能帮助一下，谢谢 |

The CC50 represents the concentration of drug that is required for 50% cell kill (cytoxicity) of the uninfected cells. The IC50 represents the concentration of a drug that is required for 50% inhibition of viral replication in vitro . The EC50 represents the plasma concentration/AUC required for obtaining 50% of the maximum effect in vivo. IC50(From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) IC50, the half maximal inhibitory concentration, represents the concentration of an inhibitor that is required for 50% inhibition of things like an enzyme, a cell, a cell receptor or a microorganism. It's commonly used as a measure of drug effectiveness. Another measure of drug efficacy is EC50 which represents the concentration of a compound that is required to obtain 50% of the maximum effect.
