有人有computers and geotechnics 的投稿经验吗？ 已有4人参与

第一次投稿，直接被拒，说英文不合格，让我去指定翻译公司润色！ 然后我让同课题组留学生帮我看一下，除了摘要有个别问题，全文没问题。第二次投稿，仍然直接被拒，理由如下： 重点是那一句，no receipt has been supplied! 我就晕了！ 不知哪位前辈有过投稿经验，望不吝赐教！谢谢 This paper was previously rejected because it needed professional language polishing. This has not been done and no receipt has been supplied. Please do not submit the paper again. |
