建议改成下面的句子，用ITS不好，教学秘书是人。 Teaching secretary is one of the major forces of teaching management in colleges and universities, and the quality of their work has a direct impact on teaching quality. 高校翻译较多，colleges and universities是一种；institutions of higher education; universities and colleges 为字典的解释；但现实中有人用higher learning institutions，因为中文的大学，有些翻译成英语也是用 institutions；还有的只用colleges 或 universities。以上结果都对，关键是你讲的教学秘书在那类高校中有？如果只是学院或大学，colleges 或 universities用其一即可，如果都有就用colleges and universities。如果还包括institutions，可用成colleges ， universities and higher learning institutions. |
