Interested in graduate studies in toxicology? Two Masters and one Ph.D. position are available in the Wilkie laboratory (Aquatic and Environmental Toxicology) at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, ON. The focus of the work will be to identify and develop forensic markers of toxicity in fishes exposed to different pesticides (lampricides). Work will involve physiology, analytical chemistry and various toxicological approaches, as well as field trips to work with toxicologists in Wisconsin who specialize in invasive species work and toxicology.
