The complete application material should include (not exhaustive list): - application letter: this summarizes on 1 page your qualification and motivates why we should choose you among the other candidates - a detailed Curriculum Vitae in tabular form (similar like you did it): it for example clarifies your education path and the work that you have done up to now and the methods and tools you used in your scientific education up to now. - grades list from the end of the high school up to the current state of your scientific education (since the grading is done different in different countries I also need a grades scale) - name, position and contact data of 2-3 persons, who could write a letter of recommendation for you, we will make our choice out of these - if applicable: list of publications - if applicable: research interests All this and if needed more should be put together in one email and all the points above should also be put together in one (1!) pdf document.
