时间紧迫，诚心请教成绩单问题 已有1人参与

最近在申请一个学校，学校发来邮件说我的成绩单包含的信息不全，可是看不懂具体应该怎么弄，诚心求教啊。具体如下： The following document does not include all the required information: - Transcript of records *Please note that the transcript of records should include information on the grading scale used at the institution. The document explaining the grading scale should preferably be issued by the awarding institution and be officially certified by them. In cases where this is not possible, the document can either be compiled by the applicant and officially certified by the awarding institution, or compiled by the applicant with a reference to the source of the information and where it can be verified. The document must explain in full detail the grading system used at the institution. The document must show the grades in relation to each other and clearly depict the highest grade and the lowest grade, as well as which grades are passing grades and which are not.
