表格最后一段是： ALLOWABLE INCLUSIONS Where appropriate, outline extraordinary circumstances, including the care of family members, illness, disability and other exceptional factors that may have delayed or interrupted 1) your completion of degrees, 2) record of research achievement, or 3) your research career.(Employment while completing your degree is not considered extraordinary.)
