The rejection reasons exactly as stated in your letter - part of the conditions of submission was not complied with by you and therefore the paper was rejected - you can deal with this immediately and send your paper back as a new paper straightway - if the it is properly submitted then it will be considered for publications in the usual and normal way. 这是编辑的回信，可是我还是不明白问题出在哪了？ |
