If the objective function obtained the minimum value , then take the fitness value smaller particles of the rear half directly into the next generation (if the objective function obtained the maximum value , then take the fitness value larger particles of the first half directly into the next generation). The remaining particles placed in a pool of hybrid genetic for crossover to generate offspring generations of the same number of the parent generations.
