1、After each update iteration, particle population are arranged in descending order according to the size of the fitness values. If the objective function obtained the minimum value , then take the fitness value smaller particles of the rear half directly into the next generation (if the objective function obtained the maximum value , then take the fitness value larger particles of the first half directly into the next generation). The remaining particles placed in a pool of hybrid genetic for crossover to generate offspring generations of the same number of the parent generations. Offspring and parent particles are compared and the smaller fitness value half particles taken into a after generation to constitute a new generation of particle swarm with direct taking into the next before.
2、In a closed circle with a node on the critical path for the start and end node , the sum time of all key commissioning activities must be greater than the sum of the circle's non-critical commissioning activities。
3、While x and y are the average duration and compression time of a closed circle on the critical path of commissioning activities ,a and b are the average duration and compression time of a closed circle of the non-critical path of commissioning activities , c is mean square variance of commissioning activities of the closure ring of the j-th , and d is the constant for the p-th closed loop under a predetermined level of compression.
