如果不出奇迹的话，楼主的这篇文章应该是被拒了，意见有可能如下：Recently, Optical Engineering ceased accepting general XXXXXX papers as a reduction in scope for the journal. We still accept XXXXXX papers that solve highly significant optical engineering applications.
