如果不出奇迹的话，楼主的这篇文章应该是被拒了，意见有可能如下：Recently, Optical Engineering ceased accepting general XXXXXX papers as a reduction in scope for the journal. We still accept XXXXXX papers that solve highly significant optical engineering applications. At this time, I do not feel that your paper has enough optical engineering content to enter the peer review process.
We appreciate the hard work you put into the manuscript and encourage you to explore other journals. At this time, we are not interested in any resubmission or revision of this manuscript.

After evaluating your submission, we are declining to consider your manuscript for Optical Engineering. While your paper may be original and correct, it does not meet our expectations for high relevance and high impact (technically significant and highly likely to be downloaded, read, and cited). We use these criteria to maintain the quality of the journal.
