前段时间套了一个老板，让我直接申请CSC，因为我不想走公派，所以就直接说是因为不想走CSC拒绝了，今天发过来一封邮件： I can understand your plan. CSC scholarship is only to make the finance easier for you at the moment. If you like, we can make a case that your PhD is based on a self-funding and hopefully I can find some supplementary finance aid during your study. The research plan is for you to work on a part of a large project within a teamed combination of Engineering and Pharmacy across two universities .
