Stress may occur due to the variation of thermal expansion coefficients of different multilevel idiosyncratic membranes, which results in the deviation of XRD peak. This may be caused by the different concentrations of AI in the AIN layers. 大概句式就是这样，专业名字实在是不懂，自己查一下吧 |
