To study the characteristics of the weld interface under different impact velocity , two different discharge ways of large angle (7 °) and small angle (3 °) in the pipe joint were analyzed . This certain particular peak were found in some locations intermittently of welded joint in both angles and skewed to the welding direction with a clear presence of a transition zone .The phenomenon can be described as that the district was prior to or simultaneously with the formation of the crest. At the same time , no matter big or small angle, this particular transition zone appears behind the crest and the width of the peak is equal to the height of the transition zone after reversal. The EDS analysis of multiple transition areas revealed that the area is a mixture of aluminum and steel metal area and no Metals and metal compounds was found .
