| 试验采用大角度（7°）和小角度（3°）内管接头两种方式进行放电，目的是为了研究不同的撞击速度下焊接界面的特性。经研究，两种角度下，通过寻找均发现在焊接接头某些位置间歇性出现这种特殊波峰，且波峰偏向焊接方向，在波峰上面清晰的可以看到有过渡区的存在，这个现象说明过渡区早于或同时与波峰形成。同时发现，无论是角度大还是小，这种特殊的波峰后面均出现过渡区，过渡区的宽度与波峰倾倒后的高度一致。对过渡区多个位置进行能谱分析发现该区域是铝和钢金属的混合区，没有发现金属间化合物。 |

To study the characteristics of the weld interface under different impact velocity , two different discharge ways of large angle (7 °) and small angle (3 °) in the pipe joint were analyzed . This certain particular peak were found in some locations intermittently of welded joint in both angles and skewed to the welding direction with a clear presence of a transition zone .The phenomenon can be described as that the district was prior to or simultaneously with the formation of the crest. At the same time , no matter big or small angle, this particular transition zone appears behind the crest and the width of the peak is equal to the height of the transition zone after reversal. The EDS analysis of multiple transition areas revealed that the area is a mixture of aluminum and steel metal area and no Metals and metal compounds was found . 金属间化合物 看看翻译对没？ |
