[交流] Control myself

Sometimes, it's very hard for me to control myself wisely, although I know I shouldn't do some harmful things,
such as spending too long time reading news, stay too late every night, eating too much after meal, too emotional, etc....
sigh...

Any good way to overcome?

no big deal. This is the situation for most  people, i believe, like me! But,care more about your health, think the side effects if you do these things you mentioned, and you may find ways to help yourself

i cant give you more advise,because sometimes my situation was worse,college life has changed me so much,i feel like the disabled  now……    stay up too late until 02:00 in the midnight,dont wanna wash my dirty stuff,i dont have morning these days,because every time i woke up that i found it's noon yet. everyday i feel myself was like drunk or take pills ,  wanna do nothing except nap……    oh,God help me to survive!

I can give you a little tip to drop into sleep early.
You should guarantee that
every time when it comes to 10:30, you begin to do some exercise.

It can keep you fit, as well make it easier for you to sleep.
