Sometimes, it's very hard for me to control myself wisely, although I know I shouldn't do some harmful things,
such as spending too long time reading news, stay too late every night, eating too much after meal, too emotional, etc....

i cant give you more advise,because sometimes my situation was worse,college life has changed me so much,i feel like the disabled  now¡­¡­    stay up too late until 02£º00 in the midnight,dont wanna wash my dirty stuff,i dont have morning these days,because every time i woke up that i found it's noon yet. everyday i feel myself was like drunk or take pills ,  wanna do nothing except nap¡­¡­    oh,God help me to survive£¡
