Si-MCM-41.jpg是典型的MCM-41结构衍射图,SN-MCM-41.jpg是典型的锡石结构SnO2衍射图。
这表明Sn基本以结晶SnO2形式成相,没有取代Si进入MCM-41制得Sn-MCM-41。事实上,你这种合成方法是得不到Sn-MCM-41的。SnCl4·5H2O在水中就会自动水解,何况溶液中还加有氨水,没加TEOS前就已经沉淀为Sn(OH)4了。
