第一次投稿（journal of phytopathology），忘各位前辈指点！已有1人参与
本人想往journal of phytopathology杂志投递一篇综述，在Author Guidelines中遇到几个不明白的问题，想请教。第一，Before preparing and submitting a review article authors should contact the Editor-in-Chief or the Associate Editors.请问这个联系编辑时需要写些什么比较合适？写好后直接发给编辑的私人邮箱吗？但是网页上没有给出编辑的邮箱；第二，For the review process the names and email addresses of four potential reviewers should be proposed。这个推荐审稿人是自己随便去找还是怎么确定？在杂志网页上好像没有看到候选人。非常感谢！
