关于一稿多投的请教及判定！

我犯了错误，我将以后严格研究道德规范，但现在面临的问题真心请教大家! 第1稿投到A期刊，过后不久投B期刊，B期刊二审期间，我终止了A期刊的审稿。今天收到B期刊的邮件如下，请问我该怎么办？ 收到如下邮件 Dear Authors, It has been brought to our attention that there is a potentially duplicate submission, since another paper with a similar title ("××××××××k"  has been submitted to *******. We need a copy of this submission.This finding is contrary to author's submission time declarations and is deemed unethical as well. The recommendation as of now is to reject the m/s because of this finding. However, we would like to give you an opportunity to explain your actions in this regard and furnish us with the other submission before we make the final decision. Sincerely |
