水热产物为什么“重新分散到一定量的水中,冷冻干燥”?

看到carbon上2013年一篇水热水热制备Fe3O4/C的文献,其中实验部分: 0.9g glucose (C6H12O6) was dissolved in 40mL deionized water and 1.212g iron(III) nitrate enneahydrate (Fe(NO3)39H2O) was dissolved in 2mL deionized water. The above two aqueous solutions were then mixed together and ultrasonicated for 15min. The resulting mixed solution (37.5mL) was transferred into a 40mL Teflon-lined stainless steelautoclave, and then heated at190 C for 9h.Once cooled to room temperature naturally, the resulted solid was collected through centrifugation and washed thoroughly with deionized water for several times. Subsequently, the obtained product was redispersed into a certain amount of deionized water, and freeze dried to obtain Fe2O3 nanocrystals encapsulated ininterconnected carbon nanospheres (designated as Fe2O3@C nanospheres) ,再经后续烧结得到的Fe3O4/C纳米球。 为什么不是洗涤后直接真空干燥,而是“将水热产物重新分散到一定量水中,再冷冻干燥”(划线部分),这样有什么好处?大家指点一下吧! |
