回复审稿人的话，请帮忙翻译成英文，谢谢！ 晶体的极化温度和极化电流密度，与晶体组分有关，并且由于掺杂的作用，其值均有所升高。同成分铌酸钾钠晶体的极化温度一般为1180℃，掺入Mg和Fe后，本征缺陷浓度降低，导致极化温度会升高。每个样品的极化温度会有所不同，这个1200度能满足我们所有的试验样品。 [ Last edited by jiayou201101 on 2013-11-12 at 21:01 ] |

我的建议： The polarisation temperature and current density of crystal are related to its composition and both will rise somewhat due to the impact of doping. The polarisation temperature of the corresponding potassium sodium niobate crystal is usually 1180℃ but when Mg and Fe are mixed in, the intrinsic defect concentration will decrease, leading to increase in the polarisation temperature. Though there are variations of this temperature among the samples, 1200℃ will accomodate all our test samples. |
