晶体的极化温度和极化电流密度,与晶体组分有关,并且由于掺杂的作用,其值均有所升高。同成分铌酸钾钠晶体的极化温度一般为1180℃,掺入Mg和Fe后,本征缺陷浓度降低,导致极化温度会升高。每个样品的极化温度会有所不同,这个1200度能满足我们所有的试验样品。

Crystal polarization temperature and current density, associated with crystal components, and due to the effect of doping, its value was increased with all components of the potassium sodium niobate crystals polarization temperature generally is 1180, after the incorporation of Mg and Fe, intrinsic defect concentration decreased, lead to polarization of the temperature rise every sample temperature are different, the 1200 - degree can satisfy all of our test samples

我的建议:
The polarisation temperature and current density of crystal are related to its composition and both will rise somewhat due to the impact of doping. The polarisation temperature of the corresponding potassium sodium niobate crystal is usually 1180℃ but when Mg and Fe are mixed in, the intrinsic defect concentration will decrease, leading to increase in the polarisation temperature. Though there are variations of this temperature among the samples,  1200℃ will accomodate all our test samples.
