| B柱转角处破裂的原因是其受转角处拉深筋的影响。凸模和凹模的大端处拉深筋过高时,使得该处的进料阻力过大,导致破裂。对应变路径分析也表明,当降低拉深筋后,路径由复杂变简单,减少了破裂的发生。另外,通过对起皱区域起皱高度的测量以及与数值模拟的对比可知,对于热冲压而言,采用传统的起皱判定准则是可行的,即不同温度下在纯剪切状态面以下的应变点对应的板料部位判定为起皱。 |

The reason why the corner of B column fractured is that the area was impacted by the drawbead at the corner. When drawbead at the larger ends of punch-pin and die is too high, the local material feeding resistance will also be too high so that fracture is resulted. The corresponding strain path analysis shows also that when the drawbead is lowered, the path becomes simpler and fracture potential is reduced.
